At moonlightshah, we are committed to delivering fresh and high-quality food products.
Due to the perishable nature of food items, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or missing item, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery with your order details and supporting photos. After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Orders may be cancelled only before preparation begins. Once preparation has started, cancellations may not be accepted.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
